Teen/Adolescent Counseling

I offer a safe environment that’s free from judgment and I pay particular attention to the persons personal interests. I’ve been known to play a game of HORSE on the basketball courts or find out just how bad of a video gamer I am in comparison to my client. I try my best to provide a non-sterile environment where the client can relax and feel heard…I’m young at heart and love helping my clients through this important time.

The reality is that the adolescent and teen years can be extremely difficult on all involved. Not only on the individual themselves but also on their surrounding environments….ie…their families. Developmentally speaking, these years are foundational. Kids these days face issues we never dreamt about at their age. They might be the most misunderstood group. They’re also the most adaptable and, quite frankly, the most fun group to work with. Please reach out…I’m more than happy to meet with all involved to make sure they’re comfortable moving forward.
